Book a live demo

A 30-minute live walk-through of the FleetWebStudio site you would get, built for fleet operators, on your screen.

30 minutes · on a video call · no slides

01 On the call

What actually happens in 30 minutes

We share a screen

A build for a fleet or hire operator similar to yours, shown live rather than described.

We talk through your fleet

Vehicle classes, depots and how enquiries reach your team today.

We recommend a tier

Manifest, Register or Dispatch, based on what you actually run, not a hard sell.

You leave with a launch date

If it is a fit, we agree the plan and the day onboarding starts.

02 Book it

Pick a time by email

Send two or three times that suit you to hello@fleetwebstudio.com and we confirm one within one working day. Tell us the plan you are leaning towards (Manifest, Register, Dispatch) if you already know.

What exactly does FleetWebStudio build?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for a fleet operator or commercial vehicle hire business, including long-term and corporate contract hire. That means a home page, a page for every vehicle class you run, a page for every depot, a pricing or terms page, the Manifest tier's included pages, and ongoing weekly updates, articles and hosting. It is not a template you edit yourself; we build it and keep it current.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Manifest, 10 on Register while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Dispatch with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Do you write for one vehicle class or a whole mixed fleet?

A mixed fleet. If you run vans, box trucks, refrigerated units, plant or specialist vehicles, each class gets its own page written in the vocabulary a buyer for that class actually searches with, rather than one generic page describing everything at once.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your fleet size, vehicle classes, depots, brand, domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
