Pricing

Fleet websites from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly updates, researched articles and managed hosting.

01 What a fleet site usually gets wrong

Five problems, one plan fixes all of them

01

A rate and terms page a buyer has to call to see costs the enquiry before it starts.

02

Vehicle listings and depot pages fall out of date the moment nobody has time to touch the site.

03

Enquiries land in an inbox nobody owns, so a warm quote request goes cold overnight.

04

A slow site loses a comparison-stage buyer on a weak signal in a depot yard.

05

A one-off build with no ongoing plan means the site stops improving the day it launches.

10 Before you ask

Objections, answered directly

A

"We already have a website."

We migrate what is worth keeping and set up redirects, so existing search visibility is protected rather than reset.

B

"The build fee feels backwards."

It is charged only once you have seen and approved the finished site, which is the opposite of backwards for a buyer who wants proof first.

C

"Our fleet changes constantly."

That is exactly what the five included monthly revisions and weekly updates are built for.

Pricing FAQ

What exactly does FleetWebStudio build?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for a fleet operator or commercial vehicle hire business, including long-term and corporate contract hire. That means a home page, a page for every vehicle class you run, a page for every depot, a pricing or terms page, the Manifest tier's included pages, and ongoing weekly updates, articles and hosting. It is not a template you edit yourself; we build it and keep it current.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Manifest, 10 on Register while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Dispatch with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Do you write for one vehicle class or a whole mixed fleet?

A mixed fleet. If you run vans, box trucks, refrigerated units, plant or specialist vehicles, each class gets its own page written in the vocabulary a buyer for that class actually searches with, rather than one generic page describing everything at once.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your fleet size, vehicle classes, depots, brand, domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do we need to have all our depots and rates finalised before we start?

No. Submit the onboarding form with whatever you have now, even if it is just one depot and a rough vehicle list. The rest can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and additional depots or vehicle classes go live as revisions once you send the detail.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new depot page, a new vehicle class, updated rates, a different photo, a coverage area change: each is one revision. So is something much larger, such as "add three new depot pages, here is the address and fleet list for each." 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, such as a depot address or a vehicle specification sheet, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision update the utilisation and turnaround figures shown on the site?

Yes, if you choose to publish your own operational figures rather than the illustrative example we build with. Updating any figure on the site, including a utilisation table, is a normal revision, completed within your plan's turnaround window.

What do the articles actually cover?

Topics your own buyers search for: how contract hire pricing works, what a service level agreement should include, how to compare short-term hire against a lease, and similar procurement and fleet operations subjects. 2 researched articles a week are included on Manifest and Register, 3 a week on Dispatch, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

Do you cite sources, or invent statistics to fill the page?

We cite sources. Every figure in an article points to a real, named source at the time of writing. We never invent a percentage, a fleet size or an industry statistic to make an article sound more authoritative than the evidence supports.

What does the AI Engine actually do for a fleet operator?

On plans that include it, an AI receptionist, site chat agent and messaging agent answer common questions about vehicle classes, depots and availability, then capture the detail your desk needs: fleet size, contract length, vehicle class and preferred depot. You review every script before launch, and anything that needs judgment, such as a bespoke contract hire quote, is handed to a person.

Does the AI Engine give quotes or compliance advice?

No. It is configured not to give a binding quote or any professional, licensing or compliance advice, and to hand that kind of question to a person at your business. Any figure it or the site shows a visitor is illustrative only.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on a global content delivery network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

What happens if the site goes down?

Hosting and uptime are managed by us as part of every plan. If a page we built and host falls below the guaranteed 90+ PageSpeed score because of our work, we fix it at no charge, and the same applies to an outage caused on our side.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for a buyer who already knows your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can we use a domain for each depot or region?

Most operators run one domain with a page per depot, which keeps the site's search visibility in one place rather than splitting it. If your business genuinely needs a second domain, talk to us on a demo call and we will explain the trade-offs.

We already have a website. Can you move what is worth keeping?

Yes. We review your current site during onboarding, carry across the vehicle classes, depot information and terms that still hold, and set up redirects from your old URLs so a link someone bookmarked years ago still lands somewhere useful.

Will our current search rankings survive the move?

Proper redirects and a faster, better-structured site protect rankings far more often than they harm them, which is exactly why the migration includes redirect mapping as standard rather than as an add-on. We cannot guarantee an outcome we do not control, but the migration is built to protect what you already have.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127 on Manifest, $267 plus AI usage on Register, or $647 a month on Dispatch. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.

Can we upgrade tiers once the fleet grows?

Yes. Moving from Manifest to Register or Dispatch is a plan change, not a rebuild. The new tier's fee applies from your next billing date and any features it adds, such as the AI Engine or the Content Engine, are configured as part of the switch.
